- Terms and conditions for all bookings for 2006 -

(1) All reservations to be confirmed with a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking.

(2) This deposit can be taken by visa card over the telephone but must be accompanied by either a letter or e-mail giving authority to the hotel to take the 25% deposit.

(3) This deposit is fully refundable if written confirmation of cancellation is received more than 6 weeks prior to the booking dates.

(4) This deposit is non refundable when notice of the cancellation is received less than 6 weeks prior to the booking dates.

(5) The balance for the last 75% is due on arrival at the hotel.

(6) There is a standard charge of 25 euros for any third party sharing a room with breakfast.

(7) Studio bookings are not subject to a 15% single occupation discount.

(8) Christmas and new year bookings must be reserved with 50% deposits 3 weeks prior to 20th December.

(9) Any bookings less than a week in duration must be confirmed with the manager prior to the deposit being sent.
